Being able to turn the logger off altogether for a period of time is a good idea too though!

However, it would be great to have a feature that allows you to set a duration for disabling logging and reenabling it upon your return. This way, you won’t forget to turn logging back on and miss out on trips, or you won’t accidentally log taxi rides and public transportation as Sidecar trips.
