I just tested with my Veepeak OBDCheck BLE+ and was able to connect. Can you double check that your scanner is seated snugly into the OBD-II port? If it's loose you can get some odd behavior like this.

Already reseated it twice but will try again, I will also try some other app to see if it connects. Maybe it broke :shock:

Can you shoot me an email at support@clutch.engineering with an export of your app logs so that I can log into this. To export your app logs:

  1. Open Sidecar. Try to connect to your scanner.
  2. Tap the Settings tab.
  3. Navigate to the About page.
  4. Scroll to the bottom of the page.
  5. Wait 30-60 seconds for the "Logs" button to appear
  6. Navigate to the Logs page.
  7. Prep the logs for export.
  8. Export the logs.
  9. Email them to support@clutch.engineering

Tried to remove it, no luck.
